About Victory LifeWelcome to the Victory Life Evangelical Temple. We're not about airs and graces or trying to impress anyone. What you see is what you get. We're a down-to-earth Christian church that believes anyone's life, no matter how bad, can be changed for the better. In fact, not just changed but transformed. People who come to us are from all sorts of backgrounds and that's the way we like it. We will welcome you whoever you are and whatever you may have been in the past. Victory Life Evangelical Temple first started in the home of the General Overseer, Reverend Anthony and his wife Hannah Amankwah in East London, South Africa in 2001. Victory Life is a multi-generational and multi-cultural church which places an emphasis on God as the God over all spheres of life. Our salvation is a full salvation affecting spirit, soul and body and leading to the practical realization of His kingdom purpose. The greatest aim of the church is to empower every member to have a victorious life in Christ Jesus, according to 1 Cor 15:57. Pastor Anthony and his wife, Hannah are the founders of our church. Pastor Anthony is a dynamic teacher of the word and he leads a team of highly gifted and anointed pastors, and deacons and deaconesses. Under their leadership Victory Life Evangelical Temple continues to go from strength to strength under the leading of the Holy Spirit. We look forward to welcoming you to one of our Sunday meetings.
